PREAMBLE

WORLD WILD MEN sells the products on its website www.wwmskincare.com and on its Facebook page www.facebook.com/worldwildmen only to retail and to end consumers. Any Order that clearly does not correspond to a retail sale and, more generally, any order that is fraudulent or suspected as such, will be considered by WORLD WILD MEN as null and void. The Buyer, prior to his Order, declares that the purchase of products on the Website of WORLD WILD MEN or on the aforementioned Facebook page, is not directly related to a professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use. For the purposes of these General Conditions of Sale, the Buyer and WORLD WILD MEN are individually or collectively referred to as the Party or Parties.

However, the General Conditions of Sale applicable to the Order are those accepted by the Buyer at the time of placing the Order. These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC" or "General Conditions of Sale") supplement the general conditions of use of the Site, available at any time under the Legal notices and GTCU section of the Site and applicable to the Buyer.

ARTICLE 3 - FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT AND ORDERS

3.1 PRICES

The selling prices of the products online on the Website of WORLD WILD MEN or on the Fanpage, indicated in euros, are those in force at the time of placing the Order by the Buyer. The selling prices of the products can be modified byWORLD WILD MEN at any time. This modification will be notified to the Buyer before any Order. The prices are applicable in the context of distance selling. These prices do not include shipping costs, billed in addition to the price of the products purchased. The shipping costs will be indicated before the registration of the Order by the Buyer. The various shipping methods are provided below in the GTC and may be modified at any time by WORLD WILD MEN. TooWORLD WILD MEN advises all Purchasers to regularly consult the GTCs appearing on the Website. The prices include the value added tax (VAT) applicable on the day of the Order. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the price of products sold by WORLD WILD MEN within its Website and its Fanpage.

3.3 AVAILABILITY

In the event of total cancellation of the Order:

In the event of partial cancellation of the order:

3.4 ORDER

Any Order implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, and of the Legal Notices and General Conditions of Use, without prejudice to specific contractual conditions concluded between the Parties. From the moment the Purchaser confirms his order by clicking on the “Confirm your payment” icon (hereinafter and hereinafter “the Order”), he is considered to have knowingly accepted the content and the conditions of the Order in question and in particular these General Conditions of Sale, the prices, volumes, characteristics, quantities and delivery times of the products offered for sale and ordered by the Buyer. ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT

Payment must be made when ordering online by the Buyer. These payment cards must be issued by a banking or financial institution located in the European Union or Monaco as well as in the United States and Canada. ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY

5.1 GENERAL RULES

The products ordered by the Buyer in accordance with these GTC will be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer as the delivery address on the relevant Order ("Delivery address"). WORLD WILD MEN delivers to all countries of the European Union, excluding Cyprus, as well as the United States and Canada and also delivers to Monaco. However, the territories of EU countries located outside the geographical area of Europe are not served (eg French overseas departments and territories). (ii) Delivery by Chronopost
On delivery, the Buyer or the recipient of the Order is delivered by the Chronopost employee and electronically signs an acknowledgment of receipt. This electronic acknowledgment of receipt constitutes proof of delivery by WORLD WILD MEN, and receipt by the Purchaser or recipient of the Order, of the products ordered. In case of absence, the Buyer or the recipient of the ordered product receives a delivery notice, which allows him to contact the carrier at the contact details indicated on the delivery notice in order to agree on another delivery day. . If the package is not collected within 10 working days of receipt of the transit advice note, the package will be returned to WORLD WILD MEN and the Buyer reimbursed, by any means, at the choice of WORLD WILD MEN of the amount of the Order, delivery costs deducted. No dispute relating to the delivery itself is possible if the package appears to have been delivered, the computer system (flashing) of the carrier as proof.

5.2.2 DELIVERY METHODS FOR THE OTHER COUNTRIES MENTIONED IN ARTICLE 5.1

To note, WORLD WILD MEN reserves the right to change international carrier if it deems necessary. It is understood that this choice of WORLD WILD MEN will be of no consequence to the Buyer.
(i) Delivery by registered Colissimo International
The Colissimo International network relies in each country on one of the local postal services. Delivery methods therefore differ from country to country. In general, on delivery, a distribution slip or an acknowledgment of receipt must be signed by the Buyer or the recipient of the Order. This acknowledgment of receipt constitutes proof of delivery by WORLD WILD MEN, and receipt by the Purchaser or recipient of the Order, of the products ordered. When the package could not be delivered in the absence of the Buyer or the recipient of the Order, the Buyer or the recipient of the Order generally receives a transit advice note, allowing him to collect the package at the office of post indicated in the calling card, for a period of 10 to 21 days depending on the country. However, delivery terms varying from one country to another, the Buyer is invited to regularly consult the tracking of his package, via the link in the email informing the Buyer of the shipment of his Order, to obtain information relating to the delivery of his Order. (ii) Delivery by UPS
On delivery, the Purchaser or recipient of the Order is delivered by the employee of the UPS company and electronically signs an acknowledgment of receipt. This electronic acknowledgment of receipt constitutes proof of delivery by WORLD WILD MEN, and receipt by the Purchaser or recipient of the Order, of the products ordered. In the event of absence, the Buyer or the recipient of the products ordered receives a delivery notice, which allows him to contact the carrier at the contact details indicated on the delivery notice in order to agree on another delivery day. . In addition, the carrier will make two additional passages on the two working days following the first passage of the UPS company. If at the end of these three delivery attempts, delivery has still not been made, a card is left with the Buyer or the recipient of the Order indicating that the package will be kept for a period of five days. opened at the UPS center closest to his home. The Buyer or the recipient of the Order may collect the package from this center. 5.3 ANOMALY, DAMAGE, DAMAGED PACKAGE

5.3.1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

The Buyer or the recipient of the Order is invited to check the apparent condition of the package and products upon delivery. Delivery by Colissimo International
  • Do not open the package. Please note: opening the package excludes any recourse against the local postal service, ColiPoste and WORLD WILD MEN.
  • Return the unopened package to the local post office within five working days of delivery

5.3.3 PROCEDURE THAT MUST BE FOLLOWED IN THE EVENT OF MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

The Buyer or the recipient of the Order must report the absence or deterioration of the product to WORLD WILD MEN by registered mail or by email to: orders@wwmskincare.com WORLD WILD MEN may request any information relating to the identity of the Purchaser or recipient of the Order and carry out any necessary verification on this occasion.

ARTICLE 6 - WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS AND PERIODS

In accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 7 (seven) clear days from the day of receipt of the package containing the products ordered, to exercise his right to legal withdrawal. When the seven-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day. In accordance with article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the return costs will remain the responsibility of the Purchaser except in the event of non-conformity of the products delivered with respect to the Order (in this case these return costs will be the responsibility of WORLD WILD MEN). The products must be returned to WORLD WILD MEN in a condition suitable for re-marketing (products in perfect condition, unused, accompanied by their original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.). The Buyer or the recipient of the Order who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal by returning a product by mail / parcel must follow the following instructions:

ARTICLE 7 - RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP

12.4 DURATION
